Apprentice

Matthew is our apprentice plumber at West Street since January 2023. With a passion for learning and a drive to excel, he's quickly mastering the craft under Terry's expert guidance.

Reece Hawley

Engineer

Reece is the young gun on the West Street team and as Terry's son he has a lot to live up to. After working alongside his dad learning the ropes, Reece qualified as a Gas Engineer and plumber with flying colours in 2010.

Office Manager

The beating heart of the business, Kim keeps everything running smoothly. Taking care of quotes and allocating jobs. She also keeps the guys in line, which is a full time job in itself.
