Terry was very efficient both with responding to my original request, coming to see the issue for himself and suppling a full quote for the work. Once this had been agreed a convenient date was agreed and Terry arrived on time and completed the job with minimum fuss. He kept me in the loop as to what he was doing (in laymans terms) and completed the job in one visit and on schedule. Terry is an extremely pleasant man and a very tidy worker
Terry was so helpful and got the job done quickly too. Booked in with him quickly by text which is easy and when he came round he talked us through it all too, which is helpful so we know what goes wrong next time
Terry visited and supplied me with a very reasonable quote, returned a week later on time, completed all works to my satisfaction. He replaced my toilet and a leaking pipe and left the bathroom in a clean condition and charged exactly what he’d quoted. I would definitely recommend using west street plumbers

I came across Terry by chance when our boiler broke down, he came out the same day and got us up and running. We then had him and his team replace that boiler - they were fantastic, incredibly polite, considerate and the work was top quality. They went out of their way to help, make sure they did what we asked and then also massively helped us out on a kitchen fit we were doing at the same time. Great guys, highly recommend them for any plumbing work. Really hard to find people this good, honest and trustworthy. Great work.

Our boiler stopped working on the coldest Friday night of the year so far. We rang Terry first thing on Saturday, and he arrived within the hour. The fan had broken. Terry located, collected and fitted a new fan, and we had heating and hot water within two hours of him first arriving. A friendly, efficient and professional service from beginning to end.
